When to Flower?!i?

Ok, well my plant is now 31 days old. I looked in the grow Faq and realized it is Starting to show female preflowers. WOO A FEMALE! but, this is still my first grow. i have no Idea when i should put it into flowering. Look at the pics in my Grow log. The links in my signature. The plant is probably like, a foot tall. Mabye a bit more. Im not sure. I have nothing to measure it with. So please check out tha pics. And tell me what u think i should do.?

Well i flower based on height restrictions, sativa dominant plants can triple in size or more during flowering, and indica's can double in size or more.

Well ur plant is redy to flow thats for sure , mine are 24 days into veg 6 inches high and i can flow them alredy 1 foot is perfect (itle grow alot more into flow)

flower based on your height restrictions........ flower when your plants are about 1/3 to 1/2 the height of your restrictions.

Oki, well. I guess im gonna start flowering soon. All i need to do is buy a 75watt hps bulb. To go along with my CFL's. Then i will throw it into flowering. How am i supposed to tell if its Indica or Sativa.? Im really confused about my plant because it doesnt have big branches or anything like most plants. Its pretty short. There are branches underneath. But there really short. i wouldnt even call them branches. But thats where all the bud spots are. Could this just be strain, or how im growing it? or what?
