When to flip my cannabis in 7.5lt pots

Hi guys i hope everyone is well and safe. This is my second post of today but about something diffrent. So i have 7 photoperiod strains growing. x4 white widow fem and x3 og kush fem they are 21 days old today from seed i currently have them in 7.5 lt pots and i plan to keep them in those size pots until harvest due to my grow space. But what i would like to know is when would you think the right time to flip them would be considering i have them in 7.5 lt pots i want to flip at the right time as i know they will stretch a good ammount after flip and i do not want to let them become root bound. I do understand smaller pots means smaller yields but i am ok with that for this time round. Thank you.

depends on your headspace from the top of the plant to the light, and how much it will stretch. white widow and og kush shouldn't stretch more than double their size when you flip.

Thanks mate so in a 7.5 lt pot what hight would recommend i let it get to before i flip ?
