When to crop?

I transplanted last friday, today is wednesday. When is the best time to crop the plants? I know atleast 5 days before flowering. Going to veg for 3 weeks. Heres a photo of the plant, do I crop everything where the circles are and keep 4 main stems? I do wanna top them to keep them short. I read a bunch but want different peoples opinions.

give them another week to get sturdier and bigger growth
