When to chop?

So my setup is a dr90 with a 400 watt hortilux hps. Seeds are buddha assorted autos feminized, you get a pack of 10 which contains deimos, syrup, red dwarf and white dwarf with 6 other randoms. Germed 5 in late january, planted in 3gal fabric pots with ffof soil and the ff trio for nutrients although i havent used the veg one yet didnt need it. they first popped out the soil on february 3rd. Weve had a few bumps in the road but as this is only my second grow im trying not to stress over mistakes but learn from them. One of my ladies has grown like a crackhead since she popped out the dirt and started budding at 10 days old. Im pretty anxious to chop her but dont want to fuck up after this much time, effort, and money have been spent. Any feedback is appreciated thanks.

What are the trichomes looking like? it's all personal preference of a clear/cloudy/amber ratio.

EDIT-

I bought a magnifier off ebay for 8$ 30x with a light that works well. Others prefer a 100x magnifier. Nice looking auto's :)

Sweet thanks man. I dunno what my harvest will be like but my goal is 2 oz per plant but idk if ill meet my goal. Ive done alot of lst and defoliation to them to get as much light to the buds as possible so we'll see i guess. Thanks for the input!

Some updated plant pics had to pull em out to water. Last plant pic is Gimpy. The last 2 leaf pics are my concern. Theyre both from the same plant. I believe the white is dried left over nutes that got left on the leaves due to my sloppy watering and hopefully not bad. The yellow spots im thinkin might be P deficiency but i water with ff bloom every other time and seems to work fine for the others so im a little confused about what is causing this. Thanks for lookin at my girls Peace!

Great looking girls, a little yellowing is normal...especially towards the end of their life cycle when the buds are absorbing the nutrients out of the leaves.

Yeah but this yellowing isnt the whole leaf and its not starting at the bottom of the plant . The leaf with the spots was near the top.

That's not a normal yellowing and dying of a leaf. Looks like a Cal/Mag issue arising.
