in closet ill take pics and i only got 2 48watt 6500k cfl bulbs then for when flowering i have 2 48watt 2700k cfl bulbs

That looks like a pretty serious indica to me. You could grow that thing for a year and it probably wouldn't exceed 4-5ft! That said, as others have pointed out. Most weed will stretch at least another 1/3 and usually more after you flip to 12/12, and even though they are CFLs they have the potential to fry your buds if you put them too close. Do you know what strain it is? Looks like some Afghani #1 I grew eons ago from Sensi Seeds.

no i dont bro it was just some really good mids and very nice tiger striped seeds so its indica if the fat bushy leaves

Seeds: Tiger stripes are always promising.
Your crop is used to an outdoor climate, but mj is easily converted.
Your lady(if female) needs to go into flowering soon given the light regimen allowed.
After flowering is induced, a 'stretch' period happens where they will double, and even triple in size.
You're growing bagseed and guessing by their genes, they will triple in size because they're used to outdoor climates.
Your node spacing looks appropriate and keep the lights as close as possible.
Flip that 12/12 and watch to see what happens before making anymore "life decisions".
