when should i change the carbon in the filter.

should i change the carbon every 6 months or one year does anybody know. thanks i just dont want it to be to late, before i notice.

how big is it? homemade? how many plants? blowing out or sucking through?

generally it's 2-6 months

cfm 200 4inch 4 plants almost done budding in one tent plants are 3 feet tall and 3 more plants in a different tent, that could be why do i need one in each tent same room tho 8 by 8 room.

sorry sucking through then blowing air out the fan cooling a 600 watt light should i get a bigger carbon for the 600 cause i just switched from 400 to 600

one should be fine, assuming the other side is you veg/mother location, they typicall don't stink that bad.

how big is your filter, and is it homemade?

yes the other tent is my mother tent / veg not homade it is a eco plus 4inch 200cfm filter weighs 16 pounds

cool mine is in the basement and when i got home i could smell a little it has been running since dec 1st 2008, do you think it is time to change it

thanks man thats good to know itll save money , if ya need help with antyhing let me know do you if adding a 400 watt light with are setup will hit 10 amps
