When problems occur during flowering...

So my ph meter was not properly calibrated and I watered a few times with too low a ph. this is roughly during weeks 3 and 4 of 12/12. First the flowers seemed to grow more slowly so I started paying closer attention and I soon as I noticed a few dried pistils on 2 colas I went full CSI and found my ph problem, fixed it and the plants didn't degrade further.

My question is this - whenever I encounter problems that slow the plant down in veg, I can let it catch back up with more veg time. Would the same logic apply to flowering plants or are they just going to be ready after 8 weeks but smaller than they could have been?

Ya mistakes in flower like that are going to cost you in the end to some degree...once a plant starts flowering it's pretty much on a time table until ripening. It probably won't affect much but the potential is there. All the more reason to be precise with your schedule...for example I know with a certain mix where my ph is going to be...and if its not,i know something's wrong.

Thanks! I was mostly curious, not too worried about my current crop :)
But yeah I expected as much but I'd rather but sure they do behaved on a timeline and the effect of "recuperation time" wouldn't affect harvest timing.
