when lights are off

Hi
What damage will i be doing to my girls if I enter my grow space using a small torch during kights period?

not sure what a torch light is but i use a 18" t-12 all the time with no ill effects.

Work quickly, get in get out.


As long as the lights aren't on for more than a few minutes you'll be fine.

Now, if you go into your flower room and decide to do work for three hours with the light on in the middle of the night cycle then yes, you'll mess them up. But a few minutes with a light , they won't skip a beat.

Ya, a couple of minutes, no big deal. However,I work in my room for extended periods sometimes. I use a these lite covers. I originally used them for screen printing. They work great and I can see to work in safety.

are they just orange screens surrounding the white....I'll look for some
