Mind you, Im going all organic. Iguana juice Grow & Bloom...anything else you guys recommend I use with these two?

Does organic nutes like above mentioned fluctuate PH levels, and if so acidic or alkaline? What is the best way to adjust PH...

Sorry for the wabble of questions, thanks alot...Great site.

Dont listen to that guy. Bone meal and blood meal are good to use, but you should have nutes for specific times in the plant life.

Usually nutes are basic/alkalinic so it's best to get pH-Down from a petstore. pH-Down and pH-Up contain organic acids/alkaloids extrated from plants and are used to change the pH of aquarium water. They're the best to be used. Don't even think about vinegar, baking soda or other household stuff, there's lots of cases where these really harmed the plant.

Use molasses during flowering. 1tbs/1gallon every watering. Molasses has complex sugars which feed the soils microorganisms (these break down nutes to absorbable protions for the plant) and minerals. The overall effect of molasses is increased terpene and cannabinoid production so you'll end up with a stronger and smellier bud.

English is a second language to me lol so molasses sounds gibberish to me.
I doubt I can get it from where I come from anyways.
How about when I should start with the nutes??? My plant is 2 days old

What are you growing in? I use "lifeless" mediums and start nutes at 1/4 dosage around the 10 day mark.

10 days hmmm... too early for me. My soil is organic, plain with a bit of perlite. I think I will start nuting her on the 15-20 day mark. Any signs I should be looking for brfore I use my Iguana juices :P

if you're growing in soil, starting to feed at 2 weeks is pretty decent. Of course, not full strength nute concentration, 1/2 should be good for 1-2 weeks, then switch to full strength.

should I water every watering? Lets says 4 days.. ?

Stupid question, but does anyone know how to calibrate an electronic PH tester?

You should add nutes every other watering.

You need to get a special liquid of a certain, fixed pH, that you use to callibrate. You can get it where you got the pH tester.

PS: yes, you should water every watering... or else it wouldn't be called watering, huh? And I thought I was baked...:shock:bongsmilie:razz:...jus kiddin.

most of the time my nutes send my water down to less than 5ph so i always have to add ph up to fix that, i guess it depends on the nutes.....
I think u can calibrate the meter with distilled h2o if you have to its at ph 7.
my meter lets u calibrate at any ph as long as u know what it is supposed to be
