When is Heat and Humidity a problem? Only during flowering? or always?

I live in perpetual 24/7/365 high heat (80-85) and high humidity.

I have a split A/C unit in the grow room.

I am doing my first grow, in soil. The plant is about 1-2 weeks old and about an inch tall, a baby.

My question is, at what point does the heat and humidity become a problem. Only during budding? Or from day 1?

IE: Should this 12,000 BTU unit (i know, 12,000 BTU and 1 plant.... i should grow more...), should it be switched on and running 24/7 from now?
or can i wait until budding time and save a few $? (i am not interesting in saving money at the expense of quality and/or plant healthiness).

Last sentence answered it. However I have had crazy fluctuations durring veg w/o death. Just get heat out of room.

Veg no higher than 80F or 28C. Humidity can be up at 65% without mould issues like powdery mildew.

Flower no higher than 80F or 28C. Humidity no higher than 55%.

This is the short answer.

Humidity and heat play a vital role in plant respiration rates.

Thank you both. I have my A/C on @ 25C and i assume the RH is probably around 50-65% I am waiting on delivery of a thermo/RH monitor
