When do YOU chop?

Some people like a heady high, some like a body and some like a bit of both.
Does anyone ever harvest early to get that "face mask" high or do you like to wait for the equal face/body high. A couple seasons back I had to harvest a couple of outdoor plants early because of bad weather. The trichomes were milky and but mostly clear almost turning and the high i got was way different than when I let the same strain finish at regular time. I fell in love with the high as I could only feel it my face and I never burnt out. How do you like your trichomes?

i harvest when the hairs are 80% red/brown, i like an uplifting energetic high
