When do I switch from veg to flower?

I am growing Nicole Hindu Kush from Sensi Seeds in a grow box 90cm tall. I want to know when I should switch to flower so I can still get a fair amount of weed but not have it out grow my box.

My grow journal is HERE, please look to see pictures of plant and setup.

Nice healthy looking plant bro! Your box is very short so definetely do some research on LSTing and supercropping. It also depends on how close you can have your light from the canopy. Some LEDs are supposed to be as low as 6 inches from the canopy in flowering. Luckily it's also an Indica dominant plant so it should naturally stay short and bushy!
As for the switch, I haven't grown any photos still but I assume you should flip before 4th week. Good luck and happy growing bro!

well i would say when it hit 1/3 of maximum height it will double in the stretch and you dont want it touching the light so when the top of your plant is 30cm high flip it

When you see the side branches start to come out asymmetrical it means the plant is mature and you can flip it any time after that.

Pretty sure your yield will be mostly dependent on the size of your plant and number of colas, along with proper care.

You should top it after 4/5 or so nodes and try and focus on spreading your canopy out evenly taking up as much of the light area as possible. Look up manifolding and LST techniques. Manifolding might be drastic, but something like that can help you to get a good flat canopy. Try to train it grow outwards rather than upwards. You can also just bend it and allow the branches to grow upwards while the main stem is growing more horizontally. It will double in height once you flip to 12/12 so that will be the main determiner for you when deciding to flip. 30cm might be the right height. I don’t think you have the space to let any other factors decide when you flip.

I’m also not a very experienced grower and could be wrong about everything.
