I have a DIY clone starter that i made( I just wanted to try some sort of hydro to get me feet wet) I'm not sure what method this is called, bubbleponics?? It's just water with an air stone. I have three different strains in the box. They do not look to healthy but they are alive. I want to put them into soil because I am not ready to go full hydro at the moment. how long should i let the roots get before putting them into soil?

Thank you!!

You actually want to avoid letting the roots get too long before putting them in soil. Cloners are just to start root growth. Once roots are growing, there's no further need for the cloner. They can be planted now and would benefit from some weak organic nutes.

Thanks so much guys!!! I had the pump and stone lying around and I bought everything i needed at the dollar store. cost me $2 including a humidity dome. threw in a couple cuttings of a willow tree and some tap water( I didn't even mess with the PH) and two weeks later i had roots!

Thanks again
