i keep my volcano @ 393 because i remember reading an article about how "significant levels of XXX carcinogenic substance presented itself @ 394* and above"


im pretty sure it was a scholarly article from harvard med school using the volcano specifically, although i've tried to find it again to no avail.

I use a DaVinci Ascent. Used to keep it on high @ 430, but lately have it set at 395. It's great for sugar leaves that are covered in trichomes.

My DaVinci leaves the platform at 350F exactly

tho on odd days drifts as low as 314F

just for special public relations ,,lol

Low temps take too long, I need to get higher now. I have a dry bong attached to my vape with a hose and I set the temp to 218C so I can take big rips. My vape (Herbalizer) goes higher but I think higher toasts the weed too much and impairs the flavor.

On the portable (Crafty) I use a lower temp, 190C, because I think it actually gets the weed hotter than the temp you set it.
