What's your go-to McDonald's Order?

Double Cheeseburger Meal.

Orange Fruitopia to drink.

On the Cheeseburgers:
- no ketchup
- no mustard
- add extra cheese.

If I'm very high I may get a cinnimelt.

It might be disgusting. I know it's not food. But Fuuuuuuck that little cheeseburger tastes like a cartoon picture of a cheeseburger. I Love them!

Everything in moderation...(winking emoticon)

Pancakes , sausage, hashbrowns.

Everything else is fuckin disgusting and makes me vomit and gives me the shits.
