whats your favorite vap temperature?

assuming vap temps are correct what is your favorite? i have been messing around from 180-400F, the only difference i see is it burns faster the higher you go and it ends up blackened. I do not see a huge difference in high at any specific temperature...

what gets you the most baked?
whats the healthiest?
