What's Wrong?

Here are some pictures of my plant, its 3 weeks old and getting white dots and chunks of leaf missing.

My guess would be a bug. Do you have any pets/children/siblings?

im guessing its a hungry earwig. they sell bait i think called sluggo plus, its a noodle laced with poison. earwigs like to come out at night and hide under stuff like under your pots or under a mat. you moisten a paper towel and pour a little of the sluggo noodles on it. the scent attracts the earwigs and poisons em great stuff for outdoors !
