What's wrong with this plant?

This could be one of a few things.

A) You have over watered your plant, causing it to droop. The root-zone does not have enough oxygen. I see that you're growing in soil, when doing so it is important to add soil amendments such as perlite or vermiculite, to increase drainage and promote oxygen around your roots, which is important for proper nutrient uptake.

B) You have over fertilized your plant. I'm not sure if this is the case, it looks a little strange for over-feeding.

C) Often times if the PH of your soil is too low the plant will begin to wilt and show drastic signs of deterioration. Certain vital nutrients are unavailable to the plant if the PH is too low, or too high. I would check the PH of your soil and try to balance it to around 6.5 to 7

Good luck.

Ill provide as much detail as I can...first more pics:

those are the soil, "plant food" and fertilizer i've been using, respectively. I think the temperature and humidity in the room are fine and not factors in the plant's health... I've been using two different lights though you only see one in that pic, the one there is a "SYLVANIA soft white mini 60 compact fluorescent- light output 600 lumens, 13 watts" and the other has been a "GE plant light - 65 watts" ...

I'm starting to think the issue is the plant food i've been using... they're basically these green pebbles that seem oversized and not that useful to the plant. Could anyone that feels they can help or know what's going on provide the easiest and *cheapest* solution to the problem that comes to them? Im also wonder if the plant can even be saved the way it is...Thanks!
