What's wrong with the tops?

Hi all old mate decided to drop his two 600w light to 16 iches above plant like some online have recommended, and 2 days later this has happened, you can't see very well with the photo sorry but all growing tips are very yellow and leaf curling down, of course I'd suspect the lights were too low since he lowered them 2 days ago..but I've never see anything this bad. Even with the lights close i might see a little leaf edge curling upwards, just past week 1 of 12/12, advice please ?!

I know my eyes aren't what they were, but I can't see shit.

Can i request you turn grow lights off and snap a few pics with just the flash? See if that gives us more true color of the issues ur dealing with

Looks like light stress to me, I have just had a bout of it. I, stupidly, assumed that putting the plants that were under 80w of COB lights would love being put under 600w of Quantum Board lights at 30 cm distance. I raised them up to 45 cm and cut the power by half and after a few days they have fully recovered and are growing like champs.

I had a feeling after being told what happened and looking at the issue, I was also wondering if possible overfert but it's being fed the right amount and ph'd well, but I thought I would clarify with you fine experienced folk

Pretty much. I had it down as over watering as I had just potted them up into 4.5 USG pots and had given them a big soaking. The wife did some reading suggested light stress, so I lifted the lights and backed them off and they were perking back up by the end of the next 18 hour period of light.
