Clay?? But yeah nothing wrong with plastic, whoever said that was missing some brain cells.

nothing is wrong with plastic pots. just way better options out there. google geopots or smartpots. they really are way better than plastic. i only say this cuz i get better troot systems which mean bigger plants with less veg time and bigger buds when it comes to flowering. i stand by them now. use to only use plastic but was thankfully converted.

Wish I had more metal pots. The companys name was LERIO and we used them in the trade for long term plants, mostly palm trees. I only have a 7 gal left, but it is over 35 years old. No rust or anything. Really well made and priced accordingly.

Lol Racerboy71! Yeah, itz some new propaganda from the National Non-Plastic Container Association who sponser the Clay And Metal Container-Makers Unions! Lol! I'm like, really? I've only ever grown or seen anybody grow in plastic ones! I don't see anything wrong with it either... Great laugh to start off the day tho...

IDK bout that I was readin bout those smart pot and geopots those things sound pretty interesting. I doubt it would be the kind of thing anyone growing on a larger scale would probably use, but I think it wouldn't be such a bad idea to check one out for a mother plant or sumptin at first see if it really does make any diff or not.
