whats wrong with my plant will it die?

i need help please this is my grow box and set up temp is around 76 and using 100 w cfl its a nice setup but i dont know what wrong with the yellow stem it hasn't grew its first leaves yet and the other one has their same age at 5 days old here are pics

i dont see the problem but god damn those pics are big

Get on your knees and pray tonight and show your plants some love. The plant will grow just fine. give it a little time. some just dont grow as fast as others.
