whats the ph is the soil have you tested the run off? kinda looks like cal/mag deff maybe someone else can give you some more info.

Agree'd, one of those issues.
Yeah it's MG Moisture Control, but I used the same soil for my last grow and there was no problem expect for all the gnats.
I'm using soften watered right now because I'm kind of tight on money I let the water sit for 48 hours before watering, but I'll pick up a PH Test Kit on Thursday when I get paid.
I'm not using any nutes because the MG already has time released nutes.
I was growing the same strain.
it looks like nutrient burn. while the spotting on the lower leaves is indicative of a deficiency, the small, jagged, curly leaves indicate a burn. i killed my first couple plants the same way using the exact same MG Moisture Control Potting Soil. at least you know not to use MG in the future.
this is true. some people CAN grow in MG soil, but it's not great. my first SUCCESSFUL crop was grown in MG Organic Choice soil, with Organic Choice Bone Meal added for flowering. this plant had deficiencies around every corner, but it did somehow survive to harvest. if you want to learn how to treat deficiencies, use MG all you want. i like to focus my efforts in the garden on improving yield instead.Miracle grow isn't that bad. Many grower do well with it. Just saying that's the problem isn't really good advice imho

New growth looks fine to me. I'd concentrate on keeping the important new growth healthy. I wind up removing those leaves you have that are damaged eventually anyway. In the scheme of things, those 4 leaves won't matter in 6 weeks when you have hundreds of them. That is if the plant stays healthy that long.
Just watch your waterings, and as soon as you can transplant to a high quality organic soil then do so. I noticed there is little to no perlite in the media which is going to make over watering extremely easy (which could be contributing to the problem). Water when the planter is extremely light when you lift it up. I suggest you allow the soil to go pretty dry and when you water next run like 3 or 4 gallons of filtered water through it to wash out the time release stuff as best you can. Then you'll need to give it another good 2000ml of some 6.5 pH balanced water to make sure your pH stays in range (once you saturate the soil, it's not like you can get it more "wet" so pH balance immediately). Another 5 or 6 days and you'll be ready to saturate again. Then you will probably be ready for that transplant and things should be looking good from that point on.
Get an organic soil like I said, and a good organic nutrient. ME Tea from Advanced Nutrients or BioCanna BioFlores would really improve your grow for just a few dollars.

I had nut burn once. Wearing boxers after that was a bad idea. Not as bad as the ass burn though.
Nute or Noot. Hooked on P-fonickz worked for me.

Hey Snow Crash +rep for the funny stuff about the guy with the burnt scrotum. I was wondering though since his MG soil has nutes in it that nute when they damn well please like the Texan said, Is the rule of 1 gallon of water per gallon of medium enough to flush out the homicidal nutes that are in the MG? Like you said you can't get the soil more wet from further flushing so would doubling the flush to say...6 gallons of water for a 3 gallon medium flush work or are those nutes somehow locked in and the ammount of flushing won't matter? The reason i ask is because i just transplanted into 3G pots with MG moisture control lol. I have no nute burns as of yet but just in case..ya know what i mean?

them nutes really do release when they want to in that soil, and flushing may take some of the nutes out , most will stay and as long as you water her correctly she will eat every bit of those nutes. ( a nute is a nute once its broken down to a usable form) The urea N that the MG uses takes a lil bit longer to break down then the P an the K in the food so with overuse the N will not get used as fast as the P an K an could cause a problem in the medium.
