I cut this clone of my main plant just to try out cloning. Everything worked fine had it under a humidity dome for about a week and a half under some cfls and i noticed its been rooted so i put it in a small cup of perlite and started giving it some nutrients. For about a week it looked good had some new growth and everything. But today I look at it and it looks really bad droopy and some lower leaves yellow. I picked them and thought maybe because the cup was so small it may be rootbound i cut the bottom off the cup off and placed it into a larger bucket with cocoa pebbles n perlite hempy bucket. The roots were at the bottum of the cup. I'm going to attach some pictures any help would be appreciated. I really want it to make it because i found out the mother it was cut of is %100 female and its northern lights. Im not sure exactly whats wrong. It make hove gotten a little to much water or nurtrients but it doesnt look bute burnt? Could the rootbound cause that? It has about 100 watts of cfls close to it so that should be fine because its so small. Any advice would be greattttly appreciated. PEACE :joint:

^Watering might be it. Also, what nutrient levels are you providing? The new roots weren't exposed to air too long and allowed to dry out? Transplant stress?

Your clay looks pretty dried out on top.

can it be underwatering or root not getting enough space..

i say this cause i see a cup in there maybe blocking water.

damn thanks for all the quick answers. temps are alright stay areound 70 80all day. The lights are just a couple inches away with a reflector. After about a week i did take it out of the humidity dome because it looked kind of droopy maybe ill try that? but humidity has been high anyways. been watering every 3 days at first just gave it water and it rooted then i threw in a little bit of general hydro nutes but watered it down maybe 1/4 strength. i water the leaves i think its just maybe to much water so the leaves are droopy forreal like two or three days ago it was looking right new growth and everything. will it like the humidity still or is that like gonna make over watering worse?

yeah i had it cloned in rockwool then put the rockwool in an 8oz cup of perlite now its in a 3 gallon hempy bucket n the pebbles are dry they havent been watered yet tomorrow is watering day. i had it growing in the 8 oz cup the roots were already to the bottum and there was a resiovior so it coulda been a problem there i have it in this bigger bucket now i think itll be alright think im gonna find a big cup and make a small humidity dome for it see if that helps

oh man, you aren't still watering every 3 days are you? You need to water that thing at least once a day now. Once they are outta the dome the rockwool will dry out quickly. Water once a day a healthy amount (ie. a lot) and then setup a timer to water a couple of times a day, then 3x/day.

I'm not really clear on your whole setup, but something is going to have to get those roots water.

My clones drooped a day after i took them out of the humidity dome, gotta wait for the roots to develop to support the vegetation. Keep the medium nice and wet for a few days.

laserbrn you should check out hempy buckets cuz thats what its in. i had some hydro nutrients i thought id try out theres gonna be a nutrient re savior at the bottum for the plant its not near the buttom yet so its gonna need a nice little watering tomorrow? gonna do the humidity dome today. i really appreciate the advice. sitten here smokin this kushy tryin not to stress about em. the mothers lookin sexy tho hahaha.

I'm veryfamiliar with hempy buckets. If your roots don't reach the bottom of the hempy bucket they will die trying. You need to water the hempy bucket everyday until the roots get down there. Pour water directly onto the rockwool cube and down the center, probably twice a day at this point.

I would also suggest you cut down on the humidity because once a plant is into the veg state it prefers drier air and alot of air circulation.

I wouldn't add nutrients, I would worry more about the droopage. It really should've started bouncing back by now if it was underwatering. Any signs of improvement today?
