What’s wrong with her now?

Just flushed her a few days ago because I thought this was lockout.
Every day a handful of leaves go yellow like this and seem very dry.

I pull them off but in a few weeks she will be bare.
What’s going on here anyone?

using promix bx
PH 6.0
FloraTrio feeding at medium strength 900ppm

Don't pull off your yellow leaves....
I always leave mine on, there's a reason your plant is taking the nutrients from those fans. If you take them off before the plant has used or moved the elements in them, you deprive the plant of them and she feeds off more leaves. I leave them until the petiole (stem) is too shriveled up to move fluids.
Plant looks nice and green up top but not so green down below. Could be nitrogen but 900PPM of flora trio has some heat in it.
How have you been putting fluids on her? You've go to flush her a little bit every time you put fluids on.
You though she was locked and flushed her. How much fluid did you put through her?

Looked up your medium "High water-holding capacity", not what you're after with cannabis. That and your Ph is too low, locking out nutrients.
Promos buffers to neutral doesn’t it? Which means it should creep up towards the 7 mark over time.

I let the media dry out before I feed again, typically wait until the first sign of droop from being thirsty

Yeah it’s odd because she seems super healthy all around other than the bottom and a few mid way.
I flushed her out with 2gal until full runoff, waited 30 minutes and did another 2gal
Then followed up with a light feed at the end until runoff.

Thats your issue. You need to water before it wilts. That is why you are yellowing. Moisture stress. Water when pot is about 40% its full wet weight.
In promix you are better off alternating between feed and straight water. No need to flush, and if you notice overfert signs just give plain water next time. No runoff needed. Promix in its stock form isnt the best at your typical soiless feed everytime with runoff ; It does better with no runoff and straight water every other or after 2 feeds. In my experience. Reason being peat has a high cation exchange capacity(holds minerals/'nutes' well) and with peats water retention; it's easy to oversaturate and get droop after watering.
