The bagged kind with the salty flavor packets are nasty. The cup of noodles with the dehydrated vegetables are pretty good though.

they r both pretty nasty substances. i would never eat food of that qulaity but i did partake my share in my youth. not on kfc though, that i have never broken down and tried. anwyays, my opinion is that while ramen is purely shit ingredeints, msg and would malnourish you over time, it is not loaded with fat like the greese filled fat balls they call chicken at kfc.

at first i was going to say ramen because of the lack of protein, but i just checked and apparently the stuff averages 4 grams of protein per serving. a pack of ramen can have over 20 grams of fat in it and it's almost devoid of anything useful for the body beyond some carbs and a bit of protein.
the chicken on the other hand is full of cholesterol and sodium but is full of protein. i'd bet the future of the world that you could live better on kfc than ramen if you ate it daily for a year.
i fucking love kfc. best fake mashed potatoes and gravy on earth. when it's fresh the chicken is pretty damn good, too. stay the hell away from the corn on the cob, though. that shit is a mushy mess.

goddamn i'd kill a bowl/box of either one right now if i could.
ramen--throw out the seasoning packet if you have problems with sodium or msg.
kfc-throw out the the kfc if you have problems with fat or high protein.
eat either one at will and stop the moment you're sated.
