What's Up With Wisconsin?

I havent stayed up on recent news. To depressing to watch. Anyone know where wisconsin stands on the topic these days.

lawmakers never brought it up for discussion in the 2009/2010 session hopefully the next go round. Although I heard in Madison they are gathering signitures to try to get a refurendum passed.
