They appear to be foxtailing. Any number of factors could cause or contribute to this. I have had this happen when too much nitrogen was present during flower or a stretch of hot weather hit in flower. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Agreed. I had it happen to a hash plant a few years ago. I thought it was reveg too, but it was fo tailing. They’ll be fine. Just watch for the tricholms to tell you when to harvest.
