What's Up With These Pics?

Every time I click on an attached pic in a post it shows up halfway down the screen, when I scroll down, the pic goes away. I have to open the pics in a new tab.

Is this because I am using Chrome?

that happends to me sometimes too and i use safari on a mac...i dunno what the deal is!
