OK, I finally manned up and bought the Blue Lab soil pen along with the pH calibration solutions from Growers House. I know it's gonna make my life a lot easier. Thanks for getting me to spend even more money @Renfro, lol. I'll let you explain it to the wife, haha.

I do have a feeling it's gonna become one of my favorite tools though, and am seriously thankful you're out there spreading your wisdom man. Keep teaching us rookies, lol.

Just take care of it as you've heard me preach... I was surprised that mine was still spot on calibration after sitting for 4 months.

Just put her on here, I'll give her the low down. lol

Hell ya, I plan on taking care of it when I get it. I can't wait. I'll be sure to hit you up if I have questions.

And I already told the wife about it just now so we're all good. I just told her you said I needed one, lol.

hey guys,

so i got my ppm meter and ph meter

after adding the floria trio to my water my ppm is at 240 isnt that too low?
How much of each bottle did you add and to how much water? What conversion rate from EC is your meter using? Anyway you go 240 PPM is low.

1000 PPM or an EC of 2.0 is where I would want to be with a peat based soiless mix. That said from looking at the plants your soil doesn't appear to be exhausted of it's nutrients yet so you probably don't need to start feeding so soon. Generally around 6 - 8 weeks the soil starts to become exhausted of nutrients unless the plant is re potted with extra soil. Not sure what type of soil you have though.

You have a PAR meter?... Also, just point that fan straight up , I see you have it on low, and thats good... you just want a gentle breeze, not blowing shit around and beating them up. Looking good tho bro!
i have new clamp on fans will be going in tomorrow.... no i dont have a par meter
