Whats this from? Pics

First, I checked this site and fond no pics of this type of leaf growth... (did I miss it somewhere?)

No change in environment or nutes.
Placed in Ocean and then Happy Frog when it outgrew the pot. It's been doing great.

Did some bending and this morning this is what the new growth looked like...

What is it from?
What to do about it?
Any ideas?

Hey God, (I love saying that when I KNOW someone is listening, lol).
I believe "Kona" is a sativa, and I have a Barneys Farm L.S.D., which is sativa dominate, doing exactly the same thing!
In fact it's STILL doing it now, approx. 3 weeks from harvest. For most of this plants life, it had fan leaves that looked as if it has arthritis, all clutched up and such. So, don't be too concerned, I think I will get an excellent yield from her in spite of the undiagnosed deformity.
Good luck & good grow.......BBbongsmilie
PS & for those who may jump in and suggest it, NO, I don't have spider mites!

God says Thanks... I do appreciate the reply. I've only had one harvest, then lost 3 in a row to either root rot or mites... last one was a NYCD only 4 weeks from harvest, idiot me didn't tie it down and it fell over and broke off the roots. (I'm watch the new girls like a hawk, and with only 6 to be legal, there's no room for error. You could say I'm paranoid about losing plants) Switched from bucket hydro to soil... Loving it much better. This scared the shit out of me. I believe it's from a foliar spray I used... with Neem oil... and dummy me sprayed them in the light. I didn't know. All the plants I sprayed that day have the same "early-lettuce" look. I hope it goes away. The foliar spray was incredible the first application. No issues... Mites and eggs gone!

Again, I do appreciate the reply. Some times it's nice to know you're not alone and your plants issue is not a fatal one.
Thanks
