What's the strongest n' rarest you've ever smoked?

So tell me about the strongest n' rarest strains you've ever smoked...

Lambsbread is the current strongest NEW (to me) strain…fairly "rare", I guess….but everything s being cloned these days, so…. It's a Jamaican landrace strain. I can get it from one dispensary in town. It smells like turpentine….straight turpentine right out of the bottle! I have a high tolerance and this shit is….challenging at times!

I used to get some Red Colombian back in the 70's that was really something. It tasted like caramel candy. It looked like pieces of dried cat turds. Break open a bud of it and 50% of it ended up being seeds…beautiful seeds, too. But the smoke was basically in another category, in terms of potency.

Real Thai stick…at least "real" because it was smuggled to America from Thailand inside two, pink ceramic Siamese cat sculptures…on a Peace Corps cargo plane….like, 1975-ish, maybe. I'm sure there will be all kinds of disagreements about it, but MY personal lesson with Thai stick….from Thailand….is that is was opiated and that's what made it "real" Thai stick. If one was to get some that wasn't opiated, then one would have considered himself as having been ripped off…at least according to the person who smuggled them back here -his words, not mine. So, I'm going with that definition for what "real" Thai stick is. And that was the strongest "thing" I ever smoked in my life.

Strongest shit I ever smoked came from my part time dealer when I need something different but I never got the name. It did have one seed in it. I'm growing it out now. It is a squat indica with super thick buds. I guess it must be the rarest I've had since it's the only one I know of

I believe it's called

Acupolo Gold? Something similar to that.

I smoked the real deal in another country when I was young.
The guy who gave it to me was well known in that town for supplying the best weed for hundreds of miles.
Best stuff I've smoked, possibly till this day, and it's been over 10 years.

The second best off the top of my head, I'd have to say Colombian gold.

I smoked some Sour Jack when I was in Hawaii once, it was grown on the kona mountains and it was the dopest dope I ever smoked

I'm tempted to start a thread like this but with current and available strains in seed form.

I know the most potent of potent strains can only be found either naturally or straight from the mother, and not from seed.
So it would be worth while for every grower to have a thread based on the most potent strains from seed that are available in common seedbanks.

Top one would be Critical Kush by Barneys Farm for me, or Moby Dick by Dinafem.

More recently - (about 2005ish) The real SFV, Sour Diesel and Chem 91 straight from the hands of Chem Dawg.
Not so recent (early 70's), definitely Thai Stick stands alone.

One day someone has to make a seed form of his cut of Chem dawg, I see a lot of people claiming to have his cut, but when trying to verify, he denies other companies having it.

I know exactly what you're sayin'. As you said, all claim to have it. I say Bullshit!
When you enjoyed the real deal, you know the instant you taste it.
I still remember that un-mistakable taste and effect from the Thai from 40 fucking years ago.
