Got 2 grow tents, 1 six by six and one 4 by 4. The big one is for flower, smaller for veg. Right now sucking air out with a 206 CFM Inline Centrifugal Exhaust fan and blowing fresh air in with a 65 CFM In Line Duct fan. Both tents sharing exhast fan in a Y.We have Co2 (2o gallon) in flower tent and a port hole to veg sharing the Co2.

Question is, just got a Frigidare 6000 btu window ac to help control humidity. Can we get rid of the exhaust after installing the ac? We could then use less Co2. Btw, got 2 600 Cool Tubes in flower and 430 in Veg with cool air ported and going right through them then out the tent. Temps are fine at 75. Plan of disconnecting the exhaust side once ac is installed which is the question at hand.

Sweet set up.
I would say yes you could disconect the exhaust, seal the room an use the ac an C02 enrichment. But get lots of fans in there.
Sealed rms Need lots of fans to prevent mold.
ESPECIALY at lights out they can get very humid quickly as the hot moist air cools. If this condensation leaves water in the bud it can mold em.
Many keep the exhaust an CO2 on a timer. They run the fan at night to prevent condensation after lights out.
And turn the CO2 down to save it, cause it dosent help much at night.

Cool deal, I'm going to drop the exhaust and see what happens. This ac has an "econo" mode which once temp drops below set temp just the fan comes on every 10 mins for a couple minutes for exhaust. I'll see how that goes. I forgot to mention I'm running 4 fans. 2 big 16's in the corner of each tent as well as 2 6 inchers attached to both ends of the cool tubes pointing down suspended by light mover chain.
