What's the minimum wattage of light I could use to grow a lowryder #2?

How about a normal photoperiod plant such as utopia Haze?

Whats the size of your grow space? Now Times that number by 60 and you have your answer

It's sq ft of grow space and 120 w would be very minimal IMO. OK for veg maybe but more is called for in flower.

With an autoflower you should probably use warm and cool cfls together the entire grow. You could set up let's say 4 warm cfls and 3 cool cfls all 23 watts apiece.

That should be enough.

for a plant that will veg longer and grow bigger such as your haze...add another two warm cfls and 1 more cool cfl.

I gradually increase the amount of bulbs in my grow. I'll start with 2 - 23 watters per plant and once I start flowering I bump that up to 8 or 9 - 23 watters per plant.
