whats the longest?

wondering what the longest flowering before harvest has been? i'm going on 14 weeks with no cloudy trichs yet,,and it continues to grow,,not gaining height like it used to but adding alot of weight . just curious if others have gone this long. would it help to put on less light? on 12/12 200 true watts cfl 2700k,,,maybe change to 10/14 ...

is it just genetics or something else? this is just bag seed. and its 14 weeks from showing sex not from 12/12...again, will cutting light hours or intensity help?

The amount of light may cause it to take longer, but it is generally just genetics. Some strains take more time than others. (Sativas take longer than indicas)

And no, changing the light hours will not shorten the flowering time. It is done when it is done.

if ran 10/14 from beginning of flower, it will be noticeably shorter period( maybe a week to 1 1/2 weeks) , you will also notice slightly less in yields. i run sativa's on 11/13...peace
