What's the best way to prepare and use Rockwool Cubes for Clones?

Hello growers!!

I just want to start by saying thank you all for your time, help, and information! I am new to growing, but I am also 100% invested. On my days off from work I research Indoor Cannabis Growing online and I study "The Cannabis Grow Bible" by Greg Green and try to improve my DIY grow, then I research and study some more. More than anything I want to become a Master Grower, no matter what or how long it takes!

Alright so I am a few days away from switching to the flower cycle on my first grow and before doing so I want to cut some clones and continue growing whichever of my 4 plants are: Strong, Healthy, Short, Bushy, and of course Female. I will be using 1.5" Rockwool Cubes and I have a tray with plastic top to keep the clones in for the first two weeks or so of their life.

If you clone with Rockwool and have a high success rate then I would very much like to know your entire method/process of cloning including the materials you use. Thank you all again for your time and help!

I use water that is pretty warm to prep the cubes. My trick is to wrap a rubberband around the cube after the cutting has been inserted into the cube.
