whats the best way to add nitrogen to a super soil grow

my water ph was a lil high due to ph meter being off by 2 points...lock out of N maybe? my last few waterings were higher due to running out of molasses. i ph down my water with molasses.
If your using super soil I wouldn't worry too much about the waters ph. I'd be more concerned with my mediums ph. If that's good your plant should be good to go.

a simple aact should get some colonies going to break that SS into a plant-usable form. you probably have N in there
or give them some fish tank water full of nitrifying bacteria

cheap fix without adding more N this late in flower
really, fish tank water? what would be a reasonable amount to add and ratio to a 3 gal container of organic soil in need of a N bump... for future reference. Thx.

By the way guys, my soil is creeping up to 7.2 for the first time. I'm 4 week into flower. Not to hijack the thread just wondering if I should start getting that going the other direction, and with what product that won't kill my soil.

just use as much as you normally would when you water.

the water probably doesn't contain much n, but has nitrifying bacteria that will help break down the organic matter into a plant usable form
