Whats the best thing to use for reflective light?

panda paper, Get some reflective roofing paint, or just plain or flat white paint from any strore.

Black absorbs light, you want flat white paint. But you have already painted black so it will take lots of coats of white unless you primer. maybe get on ebay and order some mylar.

You can use those heat/survival blankets that they sell at camping stores.. They are made of mylar & they are cheap too

If there is a hardware store or HVAC supply store then just get Duct Insulation Wrap. Works great and it's not too expensive. Something like this (http://www.ecofoil.com/Applications/Residential-Insulation/R-8-HVAC-Duct-Wrap-Insulation)

that is a pipe wrap and would take a hella of a lot to do a wall
