There have been a few times when Ive been feeding water to my blueberry mother plant (day 70) plant with full strength nutes when i should have eased it in & also there have been times when the PH has been a little off so I did a water run off test (results below) & the results led me to believe that their may be a salt build u in my soil (regular B & Q cutting soil with no NPK values on the packaging) so again, what is the best solution to get rid of salt build up?

By the way Im a newbi so please keep it simple

1) PH of tap water: 7.2

2) PH of tap water after leaving to sit for a full 24hrs: 7.7 (0.2MS & 100PPM).

3) PH of Run off: 5.6 (1.3MS & 900PPM).

I have now transplanted into a 15L pot (60% soil, 40% perlite)

There are products that do that like clearex is one.

The best solution is to fertilize then use ph water only till it comes out the bottom every other time. Its called leaching instead of flushing where you use 3 times the size of your pots to flush water through the soil before harvesting. That way the salt doest buid up in the soil. Some times I fert then leach twice then fert again. I never use full strenght nutes its too strong for my girls. Half strenght nutes gives me a ppm of around 1200. I dont go over 1100 in late flower in hydro and 1000 for soil unless its a 100% Indica! For veg I stay around 800ppm and 800-900 for hydro and I have found a ph of 6.0 for soil and 5.2 for hydro is ideal! Good luck with your grow!
