you could get cheaper then that, bag seed from buds you smoked and liked, and you could go around your house looking for old lamps and take the lamp apart so your left with just the part where the bulb screws in and the power cord and grab some cfls get as many of these as you can, or get 2 4 foot fluorescent lights , and you could use coffee rinds as nutes and other organic stuff, start a compost, you dont really `need` to spend anything , but the one thing id want if i was doing indoors is deffinatley a light timer then all you have to do is make sure there getting enough water, which they wont need much with those lights

I'm pretty sure he's not looking to take apart a bunch of shit. A Clamp lamp is like 8 bucks at walmart and can be hung fairly easy with an extension cord. Starting a compost = saving 4 bucks but taking months? I don't think that's helpful.

Only thing I'd change is moisture control MG and MG tomato instead of the meal. That'd chop about 10 bucks off.
did that MG tomato shit really work for u cuz it burned my girl so i had to go back to plain water. they have an all purpose nursery plant food that is perfectly balanced 20-20-20
