After the Nov. elections,Berry will be free to show his cards re. the failed war on weed.Will He take a chainsaw approach and use the powers he has to really go after that part of the "War on Drugs" that concerns MJ. or will he go out letting the MJ war die the death of a thousand cuts, moved ahead by courts and states,who will remain at odds with Fed. law.

Time's are a changing. Just like legalized gambling, once the cash starts rolling in with tax revenue, and tourism takes off, it will be legal in every state in the union. Obama won't matter.

Right about not believing in what he says he will do.What was his first memo to prosecutors, the Ogden memo? What a joke. Wrong about liars, Clinton told more lies than any pres.I can remember and Nixon told the biggest "I'm no crook"

The states acting by referendum will be a partial fix but states needing legislative help won't go anywhere IMO.without some cover from the FED. level,which the pres. after O wont provide

The only reason blowbama hasn't shut it all down is because he's trying desperately to salvage "his side's" fucked up reputation, that he himself caused, before the next presidential election.

Never forget that in his first two years of office, blowbama shut down more dispensaries than both bushes combined.

Well, you say dispensary, I say hotbed for hooliganism. And don't I know? I was a young hooligan that got twisted in a Head Shop.

So, here in CA they busted the crap out of a bunch of foul play, hippy and biker types. They made the ones pay that went over the line, like Oaksterdam.

But, the ones that were allowed and I frequent....frequently are clean, well lit spaces, not un-like simple retail. No slogans or blacklight biker signs or gang signed and gang run outfits.

So, why did the "States" come before the Fed? Who made the Feds? Who funds the Feds?

No way for a Fed without the States. So say what you want, but we are changing this Big Bitch Casino, right now as we speak, in so many ways. We don't know 1/5 of it. But, it is all voted for by WE the people's Reps.

Don't like it? Drink Tea. Vote your choices.

Event the vast delegations of power for the Exec., with the Independent Agencies, was all voted for by the Peoples' Congress.

We run States, and when we saw the States needed to bind together like the Roman Rod bundle on our Currency, WE created the Constitution for power in numbers for the Colonies, ie, the new States.

Then they all had to fight for their lives.

There is no Federal Govt, like there is in Germany or Britain or Ireland. And if 50% of those that cared to vote, in 75% of States where it got to a vote, we could toss this Federal system, whole cloth.

The next Amendment could take us back into Commonwealth if WE wanted that.

WE only call the shots that matter. When enough of us want something, that is what we have now. And to get that it has be actually important.

Any of the day to day of govt that we are allowed to see? That has no importance, what so ever.

I don't even see one President or the next as very important. What they do is important. But, we have no idea of what they do. Very much a secret.

After all this you don't know the difference, actual, between WE and I.

And no DEA has ever busted anyone "walking out" of a Dispensary. We heard of one harassment from a grower in R.I. He chose the public storage rental, to grow in. Someone, local law, ratted to his DEA boyfriend,

Here we do not practice pre-charge detention of any kind, in cases of citizens.

Here we have much better Habeas Corpus. No one can be held out of contact for 7 days and molested severely without anyone knowing. The Court has to be told, and a lawyer has to be present if desired when we are being messed with. Note the actual, indeterminate, length of detention.

I am pretty many of my American buddies here, don't even grasp the concept of disappearing into the bowls of the Police Station, and not being fed for a week, not allowed to sleep. Have to live the Hanoi Hilton, while the guards piss on you.....for pot trafficking.

Usually involving offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act Sec 15 or 15A, Possession for Sale or Supply. Other offences are on the schedule for this detention.

So, here is how your 7 days of dention can be lengthen. So, just think my druggs, what the FUCK??????? Remember this STOPS the clock......how hideous it must be.

If the Member In Charge (MiC) authorises suspension of questioning for a specified period between midnight and 8am to allow the detainee to rest, then that rest period will be excluded when calculating the period of detention.

(every 15 minute they let you revive is 15 minutes that didn't count. Doer)

If the person is detained under Section 4 CJA 1984 the prisoner must consent to the suspension of questioning. (they will be reminding you that to stop the abuse, will prolong the abuse)


If the detainee is in need of medical attention (having been "fallen down." Doer) and is taken out of the Garda station the period that the detainee is absent from the station will be excluded when reckoning the period of detention.


Where detainee is taken to a court in connection with an application relating to the lawfulness of his detention, the time during which he is absent from the station for that purpose will be excluded when reckoning the period of detention.
