What kind of soil/medium are you using? When you are watering are you checking the ph of the water? Are you using nutrients? Checking the ph of the nutrient solution before pouring into the pots?

soil is a vege mix with perlite, it does have a few nutrients and I only add water to ot without added nutrients. PH sits between 5 & 6 in the soil

Yes it is suffering from the heat but also should have been transplanted into a much larger container long ago. Thats why you've got to water it so often.

Ph in the soil is too low for one thing. And what is also important is the ph of the water going in. It needs to be between 6.3-6.9 before watering the plant.

the water is 6 -7 ph max , so thats all good. it is in a big enough ppt, have grown in smaller. will attempt to raise the ph in the soil but yeah idk. some leafs are drooping and others are curling at the tips or curling fml

I agree with it needing to be transplanted long ago, how big is the pot it's in? A gallon per foot above ground seems to be the general rule..
