3rd grow can any one tell me what deficiency this could be

Could be too burnt by being too close to lights. Could also be that the soil is spent and she needs some nutes. From this chart looks like Mn or Fe def.

Did you amend your soil by adding compost? Did you bake ? It might be too rich for it at the moment

Have some clones in the same soil that look fine. Turned the light intensity down a bit we’ll see if that helps

Roots are in trouble. Going to take awhile turn around. Young plants kept too wet. My best guess. Roots rotting away.
