Whats going on with my bubbler?

Was this a bad fuming job? This is the first color up its done and I cant tell whether my artist just did a bad job or whether this was intentional.

Not great but could be intentional. The orange is probably gold fume and the blue is silver fume. Just the patchy ness your concerned about?

Yea, not really concerned about it, its a beautiful piece no matter how you look at it. I just wonder how much it will actually fill in.

I also wondered why the right sphere is now clear when it was coloring equally to the left one. Sorry this is extremely rookie question but can the fuming wash away if done bad or is it set into the glass?

It could be washed off if wasn't heated enough when put on. But it looks more metallic when that happens. The blue hue should be set in the glass.
