whats going on here i need help!

i need help with this its only on the top of the plant and only affecting the new growth. whats the deal?

Looks to me like you had your light to close, burned the top of that bitch..

how hot is it under your plant? those curled leaves look like they are too warm.

yeah, looks like light burn AND heat stress.
the leaves will fold up like that if it gets too hot and
that color on the top is fer sure light burn (burned from the heat in the light).
recomended action: raise light a bit and add a fan.

Light burn, fert burn.
I would think light burn, fert burn would be more systemic, this looks local to me

i have it under a t5 4ft 6bulb and its about 3 to 4 inches away.
