Mmm All this reading about pork and shit, When i was Hawaii we used to hunt for wild pigs and cook them in an Imu pit. Yum talk about about meat that falls off the bone, its impossible to eat with a fork cause it will just fall off it. You have to use your fingers to enjoy the yummy. As far as Hawaiian food, shit lau lau, some nice fresh mahi mahi, parker ranch steaks, (paniolla style). Some patelles and poke' mm mm yum i just gained five pounds thinking about all that food.

Tonight its probably pepsi and some mac and cheese. Kraft of course cause its the cheesiest!

couldn't agree more. i find that pork is just tastier on the whole. i find that most beef cuts require some kind of mustard sauce etc to pep it up and make it interesting. pork ribs, well as i say, my freezer is full of em. we can't get them in the bin fast enough at work. i have a mixture of old spot ribs and suckling piggy ribs :)

not quite sure how you guys buy meat and such, but in the UK, we can get VERY fussy over the stuff. picture ireland, and how far away that might be from central england, a walk in the park for americans. we class any beef from that far away as totally unviable. it is all about the best of the best of the local comunity. we actually get our beef hand reared out the back of work and slaughtered 10 minutes down the road. not to mention irish beef, not even a breed to go on, just can't compare to some well hung angus on the bone. mmm, 8 week hung angus ribs, mmmm you know that when you have to spend 20 minutes scraping the mould off your steak prior to cooking that you are about to enter an orgasm at the dinner table none the less. and i mean enter, not have, it will be like you are living in a physical orgasm :P

Well, the wifey decided to make a concoction, which was surprizingly good.
She took the long maccaroni noodles (the long 1's that look like spaggetti but thicker) and boiled them
Then she threw them in a frying pan with butter, garlic, corn, baby clams and onions.
It was really good

No..it has to do with food distribution points and means of production. The USA is so large it has massive tracts of land which are centralized for farming. Europe grows smaller and in and around their population centers....so they eat much more locally than the US does.
