Looks like you might have powdery mildew going on. Got rabbits around there? Or deer?

Make a ring around the perimeter of the plant with some cayenne pepper, might deter some smaller herbivores. At what height is the damage? Will give you an idea of what kind of animal. Don't see any tracks around the plant?

The white powder is not mildew it’s jusy stuff I put on to deter aphids I’m thinkin it could be snail it’s my lower leaves

Here’s another one and I just found a green bug underneath looks like an aphid , I been using neem oil hasn’t worked
