Whats a safe degree of curve to LST a already foot tall plant?

Here's my situation, i'm new to growing and and this is actually my 3rd set of plants i'm growing. The 1st 2 sets where utter failure. But like they say 3 times a charm.

Any i went with a hempy bucket setup this time around and WOW my plants have grown amazingly lush and fast. Plus i'm using different nutes this time also. They are a month old now and i decided to start them on flowering last Sunday. However i have a problem, since this is basically still my 1st grow cause i never got past week 2. I missed calculated my height and i am running out of space. I found out about LST today and i'm going to do it. But looking at the the “how to” guides on LST it looks like i'm late in the game to be doing a full LST to these plants.

Therefore can I at least bend my ladies (fingers crossed since they haven't sexed yet) at a 90 degree curve and be safe? The main stems are about a no2 pencil thick. I dont want to snap the stems.

Oh and for those interested, I have 5 plants. The stains are 1 Northern light, 2 Royalflush, and 2 Bubblelicious. All came from the nirvana shop and the Bubblelicious were from feminized seeds. That reminds me, should/can I just clone now and as long as I keep track of the clones parents and when they sex just throw the male clones away too? I really dont want to start from seeds again.

Thanks

Well if anyone cares. I spent the past hour learning about super cropping and decided to do that instead. The good thing i only did it to 2 of my plants. Bad news they where the bubblelicious.

Peace out
