whats a good tequila besides Patron?

Let me start by saying my favorite hard liquor is tequila.So far my favorite is patron but I know there is better, for cheaper, or the same price.So what I wanted to know what is your favorite tequila besides the cheap stuff like jose cuervo.I'm also taking shots not mixing.

My favorite by a wide margin is Cabo Wabo. It's my favorite distilled spirit. cn

Some other good tequila comes in a long skinny blue or red bottle but I don't remember the name.Anybody know what I'm talking about?

I don't like herradura. The flavor is more like whiskey than Tequila.

...besides, I drink tequila maybe once a year. I'll always reach for rye or beer over anything else.

Try "corralejo tequila reposado". It's Great, chilled even better. Smooth cold or not.
