what you guys think...?

i have 4 seedlings growing in my first indoor grow experience. had them all under 4-26w daylight cfl. I added a 65w soft white cfl yesterday because i started flowering today. the plant closest to the 65w(only one affected) had the first node(bottom leaves) curling up towards the light and eventually twisting a bit.
i know its not heat because it never goes over 80* in there. i don't think the light is to close because it started on the node farthest from light. so im wondering: is it a humidity issue? i currently just use a glass of water with a piece of bounty sticking out of it. i also have a humidifier which i turned on this morning and turned off before lights off @10am. do you guys think my problem could be humidity associated? it is most of the time very dry here where i live and gets more dry in winter. i don't have a camera so i cant post pics of my own but i will try to find a pic that looks like what is happening to mine. thx for all the help to be received :)!!!
