What would make the leaves do this

Young clone of chem d/freezeland in promix feeding jacks citrus 1/4-1/2 tsp per gallon along with same amount of Epsom salts . Any idea why the leaves are cupping upwards ?

over/under watered?

Might be too much direct sunlight, is this seedling receiving full sun?

Looks like it could be drying out too quickly with that rockwool cube exposed.

Add some more soil to cover the cube.

Then give it a water.
